Pam Burrows and Oliver Vowles-Burrows

Designer Information...

Oliver Vowles-Burrows studied at Falmouth School of Art then trained in a jewellery design workshop and has now joined Pamela in the business specialising in the skilled task of setting the stones and taking an active role in the design work.
Much of the inspiration for Pamela's work comes from the dramatic scenery along the North Devon coast near her home in Bude. Her designs are free and irregular, often featuring one or more semi precious stones, and waves or slabs of gold that reflect the rugged cliffs and rock formations.
Pamela travels the world to collect stones and likes to build a design around stones that have interesting irregularities and inclusions. As a result, no two pieces are ever quite alike, but always bear the distinctive look and appeal that distinguishes her jewellery from any other makers.
